Marcos, Facility Manager, was the best I have ever dealt with. I don’t ever leave reviews, but great customer service! My car looks Amazing Marcos. Great to see the manager with the guys also putting the hard work in and leading from the front!

I use this Car wash location at least once a week because the price is the best, the quality is the highest, and the staff is superb! Last week my cars battery died and the manager Marcos had someone out in seconds. Free of charge. They take care of you hear all the guys Reuben, Michael, etc.. all do A+ work! Highly recommend!

Wow what a great car wash. The cashier Lecia was so welcoming and amazing she let me know of all the deals and savings and was able to answer any questions I had. This will definitely be my new spot for my car.

Couldn't ask for any better service . These guys go out of their way to make sure you are fully satisfied. Ricardo, Marcos, Ruben, and the rest of crew absolutely are the best. Will be coming back for sure. ☺

If you like it dirty...don’t come here. Love Juan and his team. One of my favorite errands of the week as I know I will be greeted with a smile, and leave with a car that looks like it just left the sales lot. Just wanted to give special thanks to Francisco who went above and beyond to help me! My carpet in the front was coming up and he showed me how to put it back under the plastic piece it came out of. He saved me a lot of money and time not having to take it back to the dealer to fix! He didn't have to do that, but he did and I'm so thankful. Also, my interior detail came out looking just like when I first purchased my car, BRAND NEW! Even with only two guys working on several cars, they were able to get the job done on time and with great quality. I will absolutely be coming back.

We pulled into this place accidentally and were pleasantly surprised by the customer service rendered. We weren't even trying to get our car washed, just trying to find a red flag to hang off our extended truck load. The guy walked up to us and found out what we were searching for and not only did he give us his red cloth but he attached it to our load for us!! Tell me...where can you find service like that anymore! THANK YOU Jackson guy!

It's a good car wash, they do good work. More importantly, they have excellent customer service. I went there with my frail dad and they were so helpful in assisting him with his wheel chair and taking it out of and putting it back into the car, asking about his comfort and being so nice and cheerful about it. It was at the end of the day, I'm sure they were tired, wanting to go home and this transaction took longer than normal. Steven and Matt both (and other workers) just were focused on making sure we were ok. Getting a car wash is usually a meh experience at best, these guys made our day brighter by their kindness and "can do" attitude. Oh, and it's a great car wash so go there :)

I would like to thank the manager Allen for making my car look fantastic.There was some confusion or miscommunication on the detail package I paid for but the young man with no hesitation went out of his way by getting the swirls and water spots off my car. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Jacksons with that kind of great customer service.

Steven, the ticket writer, welcomed me graciously and professionally. Alan thoroughly detailed the interior and exterior of my Camry and was extraordinarily courteous and professional. Thanks for the great care!

I go here at least once a week and essentially detail my truck for only $3! First thing I do is use the free vacuums then pop in the express wash line we’re I usually see Joseph. The manager who is always professional and helpful! After I go through someone wipes down my truck for free (but I always tip because they work much harder than the average in my experience), and I’m on my way. I will keep coming back. Highly recommended

Just had a interesting experience. Just now pulled off at the Jacksons Shell gasoline station off of Scottsdale Road to get gasoline and pick up a bottle of water. As I was walking through the front door of the gas station I always look to see what they’re rules/regulations are. The sign said no backpacks allowed !! I said to the employee would you be willing to keep an eye on my motorcycle pack while I go to the back and get a bottle of water ? The Employee said I never argument with a person caring a gun as you currently are. I said I’m a law-abiding citizen and I want to respect your rules. The owner said thank you for being a good person and someone who carries a gun who is actually responsible and has good intentions. There’s not too many of those these days. Do not neglect your kids car seats. Why should your seats look great and not the kids?. Whatever you do at home to clean them will never be this good.My completely trashed seats from food on the run ,now look brand new. Ask for Alan only. He is the car seat guy .Make sure you tip him too he goes above and beyond*( see above pics)

Jacksons is the only place I let touch my cars... I do have to mention if you happen to get a detail. Ask for Alan! My money was well spent. I've never seen or knew my car could look so clean.

I am the Lightning Blue 2018 GT Mustang that always comes through. Ive been going to Jacksons for car washes for my last three vehicles. This car wash is the only place I let people touch my car. Every where else don't treat your car with respect. Especially for car enthusiast like myself, we appreciate it when people take care of our cars like we do our own.

I enjoy getting my car detailed at this location. I recommend having either manager Alan or Francisco work on your car. I never have any problems they always go beyond what is expected.

I was just in the Scottsdale location thanks to the rain. The carwash was awesome there was nobody there and I was in and out just like that. The employees were extremely nice and the cashier Melissa gave me a Ladies Day discount. Lucky me.

Where to begin! My husband and I have an older SUV that doesn't get driven much. We got an oil change at a different location and had to take a rain check on the free wash that comes with it due to well......the rain! Since we don't drive it much I completely forgot about it until 4-5 months later. I took the car to get cleaned at a different location and something unfortunate happened during the washing process. No need to get into the details about that, mistakes happen, but what I really wanted to say is that Nick Young, Robert, and Oscar all made sure they went above and beyond on fixing the vehicle! Not only did they rectify the mistake (which was a total accident not due to negligence) they went the extra mile to make this car sparkle! I also wanted to add they treated me with complete respect and never became defensive or placed blame on the car being older or whatever excuse you could think of. They listened and took the opportunity to quickly make it right. Again, not just making it right but gave me the car back in much better condition then I could've imagined. I'm happy to continue going to this location and I will continue to tell people how great it is to be treated "the old school way". Remember the old days where how your customer felt actually meant something!!! Well Oscar, Robert, and Nick you all took your time to make sure my husband and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. If you're reading this review take the time to give them a try! We all need to support good customer service... it's very hard to come by these days

Alex in detailing is THE guy to have detail your car. I have a 2013 accord that goes 60 miles a day on the 101 and he made it look like I had just bought it again. Every piece of the interior is clean, even the areas you never look at or in. I have yet to find a spot he and the Jackson crew missed definitely worth money.

I’ve been coming here for years, even before when it was Danny’s. GREAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Chanel is one of the cashiers and she greets you as you come in, and is always smiling. Today I had an issue with my fast pass and she went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. I’ll be coming back for life.

Can't go wrong at Jacksons! I have been a loyal customer for about 2.5 years now and typically get my car washed at least once a week since I have the Fast Pass. Great value and great service! Not sure if I am spelling his name right but Sabas is truly wonderful! Always remembers me and such a gentleman by always opening and closing my door. He definitely pays attention to all the details and makes sure everything is perfect before calling me over to my car.

Love coming here, always so nice and clean. Francisco and Jose helped me out today and they were nice professional and attentive. They recommend the right car wash for me which helped out since my husband usually takes the car for a wash. The best part of coming here is you feel safe with everything that is going on, the place is spotless and clean. They pay attention to detail and that is what makes the difference. Recommend this location. 5/5 stars.

Went for a car wash and everyone is awesome here. Steve is super friendly and helpful and got my car all set and Theresa at the desk is incredibly kind and friendly. She even let me know about 2 for Tuesday -- so I was able to bring my mom's car back and get it washed for free! Such a great place, they did a great job cleaning my car -- and such nice, professional people. Thank you Jackson's! :)

I get my car washed at this facility all the time, I’ve been using them for years. On Wednesday I came in for a VIP car wash and the young man that finished drying my car was outstanding! His name is “George” I’ve never seen a young man work as hard, as fast, or as thorough! Sweet smile and great customer service.!He is outstanding!!
